I believe awareness precedes meaningful change.

I have spent more than two decades working with organisations, leaders and teams — first from within corporate environments, and now through Avyansh. My experience spans corporate leadership, talent and leadership development, executive coaching and facilitation.

That combination shapes how I work. I understand the realities of business and leadership from having been inside organisations. And I bring the perspective of a coach who is interested not just in what people do, but in what sits underneath it.

Why Avyansh?

Avi means immortal or indestructible. Ansh means a part of the whole. Avyansh represents a part of the whole that is enduring.

For me, that became a metaphor for leadership. Beneath the roles we play, the expectations we carry and the circumstances we navigate, there is something more fundamental — a centre from which we can lead.

The work is about finding that centre, understanding what shapes us, and making choices from there.

How I work

I am curious. I listen closely. I ask questions that may not always be comfortable — but are usually worth asking.

I don't see coaching as giving people answers. I see it as creating enough space, challenge and perspective for people to find what is true for them and decide what they want to do with it.

Sometimes that means reflecting deeply. Sometimes it means challenging an assumption. Sometimes it means getting very practical about the conversation you need to have tomorrow morning. The work needs to be both thoughtful and useful.

Before Avyansh

Before starting Avyansh, I spent years in corporate leadership roles, including experience with organisations such as IndiGo and BlackRock.

That experience continues to inform my work today. I understand the pressure of delivering results, navigating stakeholders, developing talent and leading through ambiguity — not simply as concepts, but as lived organisational realities.

Today

Through Avyansh, I work with:

  • Senior leaders
  • Founders and entrepreneurs
  • Women leaders
  • Leadership teams
  • Organisations

The common thread is simple: there is something important happening in the way someone is leading, and they want to understand it better.

Find your centre. Lead from there.

Leadership is not about becoming someone else. It is about becoming more conscious of who you already are — and choosing how you want to lead from there.
