Aditi is the Founder of Avyansh Leadership Solutions. She draws on her work experience of over 20 years as she crafts Talent & Leadership Development interventions for her clients. She is passionate about helping organizations create a values driven culture that in turn leads to deep employee engagement and desired business results.

In her 20-year career, Aditi has worked with clients from multiple industries like Financial Services, Airlines, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Media and Technology, among others.
