Who we are..
Avyansh Leadership Solutions is a boutique Talent & Leadership consulting firm that provides relevant and effective learning solutions to the challenges faced by today’s leaders and organizations. We leverage on the basic principles of Self awareness, Adult learning & Executive Coaching as we design our interventions. While we have standardized offerings for Entrepreneurs, Corporate leaders and Women leaders, we also specialize in taking a custom approach as we create bespoke solutions for our clients.
Our 'Why'..
Avyansh is an amalgamation of two Sanskrit words- 'Avi' and 'Ansh’. Avi means something that is immortal and cannot be destroyed; 'Ansh' means 'a part' of the whole. When combined - they form 'Avyansh' which in turn means- a part of the whole that is immortal and cannot be destroyed, it withstands the unpredictable tides of time and lives on. 'Avyansh' is present within each human being. It's a part of us that centers us, grounds us and gives us the courage to fly.
The Logo Story..
Our Brand logo aims to capture the process of reaching to the core of a challenge. The faint outer rim of the logo signifies the visible symptoms of an issue which seldom give the complete picture. The concentric lines keep getting thicker and clearer as we move towards the center.
The underlying philosophy at 'Avyansh' ensures that we go to the root cause and understand the client centric challenge from the core and craft solutions that are future- proof, long term and will sustain the unpredictable tides of time.
Aditi Kumar- Founder
Aditi is the Founder of Avyansh Leadership Solutions. She draws on her work experience of over 20 years as she crafts Talent & Leadership Development interventions for her clients. She is passionate about helping organizations create a values driven culture that in turn leads to deep employee engagement and desired business results.
In her 20-year career, Aditi has worked with clients from multiple industries like Financial Services, Airlines, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Media and Technology, among others. Her clients have had great success in increasing the productivity and results for themselves, their organizations and their team members. She challenges leaders to better understand themselves and the perceptions of those around them and create a compelling vision that inspires execution.
